Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes according to instructions on the packaging.
  2. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Clean celery.
  4. Keep leaf green apart, cut stems into very narrow curves.
  5. Cut cheese into pieces.
  6. Meanwhile, mix celery with potatoes and dressing.
  7. Spread 4 plates and create potato salad.
  8. Distribute cheese.
  9. Sprinkle celery leaves and pepper to taste..
