Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder (ketoembar)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 600 gram skimmed bovine rag in small blocks
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Red onion in half rings
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 4 tomato in cubes
- 200 milliliters Red wine
- 300 milliliters Beef broth
- 400 gram kidney bean rinsed, drained
- 1 bunch coriander fresh, chopped

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Mix the flour with a good pinch of salt and the spices and roll the meat through.

Heat the oil and stir-fry half of the meat cubes to medium-high. Remove from the pan and stir-fry the rest of the meat cubes. Scoop the meat out of the pan and stir the cakes with a few tablespoons of water.

Add the onion rings and fry on low setting for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another two minutes.

Put all the meat and tomatoes in the pan and finish with the wine. Leave to boil for a short while and pour the stock until the meat is completely covered.

Let it boil and place the lid on the pan. If possible, put the pan in the oven and let the meat cook in about two hours.

After 1.5 hours, pour the kidney beans through them and let it simmer for another half an hour or more in the oven. Serve with some fresh coriander.
