Stew with ginger syrup and goat's cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbled potatoes, stew vegetables (carrot onion, a 500 g), ginger syrup (bottle of 250 ml), soft goat cheese and fresh coriander (bag of 15 g).

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in 20 min.

After 10 minutes, cook onion and carrot.

Preheat the grill.

Pour potatoes, carrot and onion and crush.

Mix potatoes with salt, pepper and 75 ml ginger syrup to a smooth stew.

Create stew in flat baking dish.
