Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In the meantime, remove the leaves from the heads of lettuce.
  3. Halve the lime and press out 1 half. Cut the other half into segments.
  4. Mix the soy sauce with half a tablespoon of lime juice per person into a sauce.
  5. Halve the chicken fillets. Slice the garlic.
  6. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan, stir-fry the chicken with the soy sauce in 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  8. Heat the oil in the woks and fry the garlic, mushroom mix and string beans for 4 minutes, stirring over high heat.
  9. Add the oyster sauce and noodles and heat for 3 minutes.
  10. Serve the noodles with the chicken, lettuce and lime-soy sauce.
  11. At the table everyone creates some noodles and chicken in a leaf of lettuce, rolls them up and dips in the sauce.
