Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes, spell off under running cold water. In the meantime, boil for 2 minutes, rinse and drain in the colander. Cut the tomato from the bami package into wedges.

Cut the pepper finely and remove the seeds (= less spicy) as desired. Peel the eggs and cut into parts. Prepare the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package.

Heat in the woking oil. Fry the vegetables (except tomato) while stirring in about 5 minutes until al dente. Put the noodles and ham through them and cook for another 3 minutes until the dish is warm.

Season with sweet soy sauce, pepper and salt. Spoon the noodles on a dish and garnish with egg, tomato and atjar tjampoer slices. Serve the satay sauce separately.
