Pasta salad with grilled steak


Salad of macaroni with yogurt, grilled vegetables, steak, basil and herbs.

Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Drain and allow to cool under cold running water.
  2. Slice the garlic and mix with the yogurt, Italian herbs and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix with the macaroni and carefully spoon in the thawed vegetables.
  4. Brush the steak with the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the steak 2-3 min. Per side.
  5. Remove from the pan and leave on a plate for 5 minutes under aluminum foil.
  6. Slice the basil leaves coarsely and sprinkle over the pasta salad. Cut the steak into slices as thin as possible and spread over the salad.
