Taco with endive and minced meat
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, endive, sunflower oil, ground beef (extra lean, approx. 450 g), carrot julienne (150 g), taco seasoning mix (35 g), taco shells (taco shells, 125 g), ground cheese (a 150 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Clean endive and cut into strips.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry minced.

Carrot for 2 minutes.

Mix the seasoning mix with 150 ml of water through the minced meat mixture and simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.

Heat taco shells according to instructions.

Fill tacos with endive, chopped mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

Serve with crème fraîche.
