Meatball with pine nuts
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (65 g), minced meat (half-to-half), shallots (finely chopped), dried rosemary, garlic (chopped), white bread, semi-skimmed milk, butter, crumbly potatoes (peeled), whipped cream, parsley ((30 g), leaf chopped), chives ((25 g) and finely chopped).

Ingredients
- 1 bag pine nuts 65 g
- 500 g minced meat fifty fifty
- 4 shallots finely shredded
- 2 tl dried rosemary
- 4 toes garlic finely chopped
- 1 slice White bread
- 100 ml semi skimmed milk
- 25 g butter
- 1 kg floury potatoes peeled
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 1 bag parsley (30 g), leaf finely chopped
- 1 tray chives (25 g), finely chopped

Directions

Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil or butter in 2 min. Golden brown. Change regularly.

Mix the mince with the shallots, the rosemary, 2 cloves of garlic and the pine nuts. Soak the bread in the milk. Squeeze out, mix through the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Shape 4 balls.

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls over a high heat for 5 minutes until golden brown. Lower the heat and fry in 20 min. Times regularly. Cook the potatoes in 20 minutes until done.

Drain the potatoes and collect some cooking liquid. Heat the cream with the remaining garlic and add. Stamp fine with the puree rammer. Add the parsley and the chives and, if necessary, some cooking juices and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the meatballs. Delicious with spinach.
