Pesto pancake with mozzarella
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: iceberg lettuce, balsamic dressing, mozzarella (cheese, a 125 g), pancake mix (a 500 g), pesto genovese (185 g), butter and capers.

Clean cleaning, cut into strips and create dressing.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Make pancake batter according to instructions with 500 ml of water.

Pesto through it.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and bake 4 pancakes in total.

Take pancakes out of pan, invest with mozzarella, sprinkle with capers, keep doubles warm.
