Penne with salami and broccoli
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne rigate (pasta), broccoli (in small florets), salami (piece), olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), limes (the juice), Grana Padano (( or old cheese) and grated).

Cook Penne al dente according to instructions on packaging.

Boil broccoli in another pan with plenty of boiling water and a little salt.

Cut Salami into strips.

Heat oil in frying pan and salami for 2-3 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and gently bake until they are translucent.

Add lime juice and 100 ml of boiling water from the penne, turn the heat down and let simmer for a further 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the Penne out and create with the Salami mixture.

Drain broccoli and gently pour through it.

Serve in four deep plates, with some grated cheese over it.

If necessary, add some extra lime juice..
