Fillet medallions with ham and wine gravy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fillet medallions, raw ham, olive oil, rosemary, red wine and cold butter (diced).

Let the fillet medallions reach room temperature.

Fold the slices of raw ham in half lengthwise and wrap around the medallions.

Heat the olive oil and put the meat and rosemary in the pan.

Cook over medium heat in 12 min.

Brown and done.

Times regularly.

Remove the meat from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes on a warm plate.

In the meantime, remove the rosemary from the pan and add the careful wine.

Boil for about 3 minutes or until 1 tbsp is left.

Melt off the heat, stirring the butter.
