Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the garlic and chicken in 2-3 minutes light brown.
  2. Put the peppers and red peppers through and fry for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the tomato cubes with juice, stock, wine and pasta and simmer for 12-14 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Stir frequently.
  4. Add the crème fraîche, basil and cheese on a low setting and warm for 2-3 minutes.
