Pasta salad with mayo dressing
Salad of pasta, turkey, asparagus, garden peas and mayonnaise sauce.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

In the meantime, remove the woody underside of the asparagus and halve them. Sprinkle with the oil.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the asparagus for 4 minutes. Turn regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half and remove the kernel.

Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into slices of 1 cm thick. Drizzle with oil and grill 2 min. Turn halfway.

Sprinkle the turkey fillet with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Gril the fillet 5 minutes halfway.

Meanwhile, put the garden peas in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 1 minute and drain.

Slice the chives. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and press out half of the fruit. Cut the rest into pieces.

Mix the chives, lemon zest, 2 tablespoons juice, mayonnaise and water into a dressing.

Spoon the pasta, asparagus and dressing carefully and divide the grilled turkey and avocado over it. Serve with the lemon slices.
