Noodles with salmon and vegetables


Quick noodle dish with fresh ginger and mushrooms, soy sauce, egg, mushrooms, salmon, carrot and salad onion.

Directions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger. Put together with the fond, soy sauce and water in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold running water. Mix in the sesame oil.
  4. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes and frighten. Peel and halve in length.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Add to the stock and cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Cut the salmon into cubes of 1 cm and the salad onion into rings.
  7. Divide the noodles over deep bowls. Pour in the broth and divide the carrots, eggs, salmon and salad onion. Serve immediately.
