Ingredients
- 1000 gram crumbly potato peeled, into small cubes
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 tablespoon sambal manis
- 1 little green coal rinsed, in thin strips
- 100 milliliters warm milk
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoon margarine
- 400 gram whitefish fillet in four
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Lemon in 4 parts

Boil the potato cubes in plenty of salt water for about 10 minutes and drain.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a stirring fruit about 5 minutes until it is soft.

Add the garlic and sambal and leave on a low speed for another minute.
