Ingredients
- 1000 gram crumbly potato peeled, into small cubes

- 100 milliliters warm milk
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoon margarine
- 400 gram whitefish fillet in four
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Lemon in 4 parts

Boil the potato cubes in plenty of salt water for about 10 minutes and drain.
