Directions

  1. Mix the soy sauce with the ginger, garlic, orange juice and sesame oil. Put the salmon through and let stand for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan on medium height and stir fry the broccoli for 4 minutes.
  3. Then add the salmon and marinade and fry for another 4 minutes. Serve with noodles and sprinkle with coriander and red pepper.
