Noodles with stir-fried cauliflower
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, fried rice / sambal, sambal, flour, cauliflower, noodles, fresh celery ((a 50 g), finely chopped) and spicy paprika powder.
Heat half of oil in casserole and meat cubes around brown cans.
Stir in sambal.
Sprinkle flour over it, shred meat and add 200 ml of warm water.
Cook the meat over low heat for about 40 minutes.
Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.
Cauliflower in 10 min.
Cook until al dente, drain in colander and pat dry.
Prepare Mie according to instructions.
Heat in wok rest of oil and stir in cauliflower florets for 5 minutes.
Put celery through it and season the cauliflower with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Distribute it over four plates, add stew with sauce and cauliflower next to it..
