Chicken fillet filled with pancetta
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breasts, oil, crema of sundried tomatoes, Fiorucci Pancetta (meat products) and fresh oregano.

Spread a large sheet of cling film on the counter. Place the chicken fillets with about 10 cm between them. Cover the chicken fillets with another sheet of cling film. With the bottom of a frying pan, flatten the chicken breasts.

Brush one side of the flattened chicken fillets with the crema and put 2 slices of pancetta on top. Cut the oregano sprigs into pieces and distribute them over the fillets.

Skip the fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Bake the fillets in approx. 8 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn them occasionally. Tasty with grilled vegetables and roast potatoes from the oven.
