Noodles with tilapia fillet and zucchini from the wok
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Chinese (egg noodles), flour, curry powder, tilapia fillet ((fish, frozen), thawed and diced), wok oil, courgettes (in slices), coconut milk (tin a 400 ml), fresh coriander ((15 g) and coarsely cut).

Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging.

Remove the noodle after 2 minutes with a fork.

Let the miein drain a colander well.

Mix the flour with the curry powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Dab the tilapia fillets dry and roll them through the flour.

Heat a wok.

Add 3 tbsp oil and stir fry the tilapia fillet in just 3-4 minutes.

Remove the fish from the wok.

Pour the last el oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the courgette al dente.

Add the coconut milk and the noodle.

Carefully advance the tilapia fillet and heat for another 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the zucchini and tilapia fillet over 4 bowls and sprinkle with the coriander..
