Thai kale stew with curry sausage


This stew is slightly different. With beef bratwurst Thai red curry, Thai green curry, red onion and coconut milk.

Directions

  1. Bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces.
  2. When the water boils, add it to the pan and boil for 20 minutes until done.
  3. Meanwhile, clean the red onion and cut into half rings. Put in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let alone until use.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat for 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Times regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, when the potatoes are boiling for 10 minutes, add the kale and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Drain the potatoes and kale. Return to the pan and add the curry and coconut milk.
  7. Stamp with the puree pestle to a smooth puree. Season with pepper and salt.
  8. Let the red leak out. Divide the kale stew on the plates and sprinkle with the onion. Serve the bratwurst.
