Tuscan potato wedges with Brussels sprouts and finches
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sprouts ((500 g), halved), olive oil, Tuscan (potato wedges (a 425 g)), beef finches, onion (coarsely chopped) and yellow pepper (in pieces).

Boil the sprouts in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir-frying pan and cook the Tuscan potato wedges according to the instructions on the package. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the beef finches around crispy brown and cooked inside in 18 min. Add the onion and the paprika to the potato wedges and stir fry 3 min. In the end, scoop the sprouts.

Serve the beef finches with the stir-fry of Tuscan potato wedges.
