Prepare the brownie according to the instructions on the packaging. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely and cut the apricots into pieces. Spoon the cashews and apricots through the dough. Bake the brownies according to the instructions on the package.

Allow the brownies to cool and cut into 8 square pieces (save half). Beat the whipped cream with the honey stiff. Serve the bromnies with a generous whip of cream.
