Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into small pieces.

Sprinkle the pieces well with cinnamon.

Mix the flour, sugar, oatmeal, melted butter and a pinch of salt in a bowl to create a nice dough.
