Line the cake molds with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Roast the oatmeal and almonds for about 5 minutes in a dry, hot frying pan. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Pour the honey into a pan, add the butter and melt the butter on a low setting.

Put the peanut butter, cocoa, cranberries and dates through and mix well.

Divide the mixture over the molds and press well with the convex side of a spoon.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool and stiffen completely.

Pour out the shape and cut into strips.

Keep the oatmeal bars between pieces of baking paper in a cookie tin.
