Oatmeal cakes with nuts and raisins


Crispy cakes of oatmeal, spelled flour, pecans, hazelnuts and raisins with honey and cinnamon.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Melt the coconut oil on low heat in a saucepan.
  3. Beat the eggs.
  4. Mix the oatmeal, baking powder, the spelled flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  5. Add the melted coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and the beaten eggs.
  6. Chop the nuts coarsely and add to the mixture together with the raisins.
