Let the oatmeal and milk in a saucepan, while stirring at a low setting, reduce for about 10 minutes to a thick porridge.

Fry the plums with butter and sugar in a large frying pan for about 8 minutes at medium height until soft and shiny.

Serve the oatmeal with the candied plums, hazelnuts and honey.
