Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the coconut chips 2 minutes on medium heat. Let cool on a plate.

Divide the oatmeal, goji berries, maple syrup and linseed over the jars. Pour the orange juice, lemon juice and water over it and stir well.

Divide the coconut chips over it, turn the lid on and leave in the fridge for 8 hours. Yummy! .
