Put the mix for pancakes in a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk the milk until a smooth batter is created. Break the eggs above and stir them through.

Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Bake 3 pancakes of Ø 8 cm diameter in 5 min. Brown and done.

Bake the other pancakes as well. Keep warm under aluminum foil.

Place 3 pancakes on each plate. Garnish each pancake with 1 tbsp curd cheese and an apricot.
