Put the blueberries and raspberries in the blender or a high cup.

Add the orange juice. Peel the banana, break into pieces and add.

Puree the blender or hand blender into a smooth smoothie. Stir in the linseed.

Pour the smoothie into the bowls. Peel the rest of the bananas and cut into slices.

Lay them on a roof of a quarter of the surface of the smoothie. Divide the elite oat over another quarter of the smoothie surface.
