Omelet and white beans in tomato sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: eggs, milk, oil, matured cheese (in slices), white beans in tomato sauce (720 g), white bread (Casino), salad dressing chives and curl (100 g).

Beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and bake the egg for 5-6 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Place the cheese on the omelette and bake for another 5-6 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Heat in a pan the white beans in tomato sauce.

Roast the slices of bread and cut them diagonally.

Scoop the dressing through the curly lettuce.

Cut the omelet into four points.

Place the omelette points on four plates and spoon the white beans in tomato sauce next to them.

Serve directly, with the toasted bread and the salad..
