Omelet cakes
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: artichoke hearts (canned), fresh basil (15 g), eggs (M), whipped cream (à 125 ml), sea salt, freshly ground pepper, olive oil, sundried tomato tapenade (bowl) and rucola lettuce (30 g) .

Slice artichoke hearts and basil very finely.

In the bowl, beat eggs with whipped cream, salt and pepper.

Stir in artichoke and basil.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a small frying pan (about 20 cm).

Mix 1/6 of egg mixture over pan.

Bake omelette on medium high heat until the top is almost dry.

Slight on plate and cover with 1/5 of tapenade.

Bake 5 more omelettes in the same way.

Place each omelet on other omelets and cover with tapenade.

Do not cover the upper omelette with tapenade, press it down completely.

Let omelette cake cool down to lukewarm and cut into 12 dots.

Distribute arugula on a flat dish.
