Omelet dots with basil
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: eggs, fresh basil, tomato tapenade, garlic (pressed) and olive oil.

Beat the eggs with the garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating.
