One-person pasta with leek sauce and garlic prawns


Fast pasta for 1 person with leeks, dairy spread, wholemeal spaghetti, pine nuts, shrimps and capers.

Directions

  1. Cut the leeks into the length, but not completely. Wash under cold running water and cut into (half) rings.
  2. Put the leeks and water in a saucepan and heat over low to medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  4. In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and grill the pine nuts. Let cool on a plate.
  5. Peel the thawed shrimp. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the shrimp over high heat for about 2 minutes. Press the garlic on top and bake briefly.
  6. Drain the spaghetti and store 50 ml of cooking liquid (per person).
  7. Put the spaghetti, the cooking liquid, the pre-mix, the pine nuts and the dairy spread with the shrimps into the woks.
  8. Spread the pasta over a plate and sprinkle with the capers.
