Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  2. Heat oil in soup pan.
  3. Add onion, garlic and sprigs of thyme.
  4. Roast gently on the pan with the lid for approx.
  5. 10 minutes.
  6. Regularly shovel.
  7. Add broth and ginger syrup.
  8. Soy onion soup for about 20 minutes.
  9. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  10. Roquefort crumble.
  11. Take twigs of thyme from soup.
  12. Mix with onions blends onions in bouillon to a smoothly tied soup.
  13. Season with salt and pepper.
  14. Add onion soup in four bowls and distribute onions, roquefort and croutons..
