A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillets, red onions (in rings), orange marmalade, bread (Pain de Campagne) and field lambelange (75 g).

Directions

  1. Slices of duck breast fillets every inch to flesh.
  2. Place duck breast fillets with skin in a dry frying pan and bake for 6 to 8 minutes on medium-high heat, shake back and forth occasionally.
  3. Cook duck breast fillets and bake for 4-6 minutes until meat is rosé.
  4. Meanwhile, create 2 tbsp melted fat from frying pan in another pan.
  5. Putting in the onion rings for 8 minutes, gently shovel.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Fill fillets in aluminum foil and let them rest for a while.
  8. Stir the marmalade through onion rings and gently bake for a further 2 minutes with stirring.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Cut bread into 8 thick slices and place on four plates.
  11. Spread 1/2 tbsp of duck breast fillets over each slice.
  12. Spread over it.
  13. Cut duck breast fillets into thin slices and distribute them over lettuce.
  14. Onions marmalade create..
