Spicy salad with 20 cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: pine nuts (bag a 65 g), tomato tapenade, rucola salad (a 75 g) and cheese (20).

Roast 3 tbsp pine nuts golden brown in a frying pan with non-stick coating, sprinkle with salt to taste and let them cool on a plate.

Dilute 4 tsp of tomato tapenade with 2 tbsp of boiling water and beat into a dressing.

Spread 2 bags of rocket over a bowl and pour the dressing over it.

Divide 100 g of 20 cheese into strips over the lettuce and sprinkle with the pine nuts.

Delicious with large wholemeal bread..
