Bring the sugar (or 250 g of sugar and 50 g of sugar) to the boil with 300 ml of water and let the sugar roast while stirring. Boil in a syrup and allow to cool.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Put this mixture in a freezer box and let it freeze for 45 minutes.

Stir well with a fork and then repeat 4 times every half hour. Take the sorbet out of the freezer approximately 15 minutes before serving.
