Let the peach slices drain in a sieve, collect the syrup.

Grate the orange zest of the orange.

Also peel the white skin of the orange with a sharp knife. Cut out the segments between the membranes.

Make a bowl of fat free with the lemon. For the Hague blot, split the eggs and put the proteins in the fat-free bowl. The egg yolks are not used.

Add the syrup, orange liqueur and red and yellow coloring. Beat with a mixer until the proteins are completely stiff.
