Allow the gelatine leaves to soak for about 5 minutes in cold water.

Heat the grape juice with the sugar and dissolve the gelatine in it until there are no more lumps.

Beat this mixture well with 500 milliliters of orange juice and stir until it cools down and is lumpy.

Stir the rest of the juice through the mascarpone. Divide this over the bottom of 4 tall glasses.

Divide the orange segments over the mascarpone and then pour the glasses full of orange jelly.

Let the pudding stiffen in the fridge for a few hours and serve with a long spoon.
