Orange marinade with spices meat or chicken
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: press oranges (1 of which are scrubbed), lemon juice, cinnamon powder, ground cumin (djinten), dried oregano and chilli (mill).

Peel the scoop of freshly polished orange and squeeze out both oranges.

In low bowl orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, oregano and about 1/2 tl chilli pepper beating each other.

500 to 600 g of meat or chicken roll through marinade and, covered, marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour and maximum 1 day.

Turn meat occasionally.

Drain the meat and cover it with oil for grilling..
