Double American classic burger with cucumber, dill, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese and cabbage lettuce

Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the dill finely and the onion into thin rings.

Put the cucumber, dill and half of the onion in a bowl.

Bring the vinegar to the boil with the sugar, salt and water. Pour the hot dressing over the cucumber.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Halve the buns and grill them with the cutting edge downwards for 2 min.

Grill the burgers in portions 4-6 min. Regularly.

After each turn, invest each burger with the rest of the onion rings, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 slice of cheddar cheese. Keep warm under aluminum foil.

Cover the bottom halves of the rolls with some leaves of lettuce, a burger, some cucumber, lettuce, a burger and some cucumber.

Cover with the top of the buns and insert a tapas stick. Serve with the rest of the cucumber. Bon appétit! .
