Mix the orange marmalade with the rosemary and brush the pancakes with it.

Divide the apple slices and herb cream cheese. Sprinkle with the walnuts.

Roll up the pancakes tightly and wrap them in baking paper and tie a piece of rolladette rope around them.

Take them in a sandwich box as lunch or for a picnic.

Eat the pancakes with the vanilla yoghurt.
