Organic animal paste with bacon and pumpkin sauce


With whole-grain animal pasta you combine healthy and delicious with each other: especially for kids. With creamy pumpkin sauce with Italian herbs and cherry tomatoes and bacon.

Directions

  1. Clean the garlic and cut finely. Heat the oil in the soup pan and add the garlic, pumpkin and Italian herbs and cook for 5 min.
  2. Add the water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, and cook the pasta in 7 minutes until al dente.
  4. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips in 5 min. Crispy.
  5. Remove the bacon strips with the skimmer from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Drain the pasta. Mash the pumpkin with the hand blender into a smooth sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide the sauce over deep plates, divide the pasta, tomato and bacon.
