Try this Oriental carpaccio
- 4 toe garlic in thin slices
- Olive oil for baking
- 3 package Authentic Carpaccio 2 portions per package
- 4 centimeter fresh ginger peeled
- 1 lime
- 3 colored peppers in very thin strips
- 3 forest outing in thin rings
Heat a layer of oil in a pan and fry the garlic slices for a minute. This makes the garlic crispy and the taste more subtle.
Let the slices drain on kitchen paper.
Divide the carpaccio over the plates.
Grate some ginger and drip with lime juice.
Divide the pepper strips and the spring onions over the plates.
Mix the 5-spice powder with the ketjapmarinadeen the sesame oil and sprinkle it over the carpaccio.
Finally add the roasted sesame seeds, the garlic slices, a handful of iceberg lettuce and a few sprigs of fresh coriander.
