Oriental fish pasties

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Scoop the marinade through the fish cubes.
  3. Cut the sheets of filo pastry into 3 equal pieces. Brush the dough lightly with peanut oil and put the pieces together in the molds. Let the dough points overhang slightly or cut them off.
  4. Put the molds in the oven for about 10 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and flip the dough trays out of the molds.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons of wok oil and fry the garlic. Put the spring onions and peppers through and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the marinade of the fish to the vegetables and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Remove everything from the pan and keep warm.
  7. Heat the rest of the wok oil and fry the fish cubes for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Divide the vegetables and fish over the dough trays and drizzle with the chili sauce. Sprinkle with the coriander.
