Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion and the finely chopped garlic in a very gentle glass for 4-5 minutes.

Put the paprika powder through and allow this mixture to cool slightly.

Mash the onion mixture with the drained peppers in the blender.

Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, oregano and leaf parsley, mix everything into a sauce.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Transfer the sauce to a dish and keep it covered in the refrigerator.
