Potato blini with smoked salmon


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (peeled and in pieces), flour, dried yeast (a 7 g), buckwheat groats (pack a 500 g), egg, whole milk, sunflower oil, fresh dill (15 g), cream fraiche and smoked salmon fillet.

Directions

  1. Potatoes boil for 20 minutes, drain and crush. Meanwhile, come up with flour with yeast seven. If necessary stir in buckwheat groats and make them in the middle dimple.
