Broccoli puree with garlic
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), milk, white cheese cubes and black olives without piping (in slices).

Cut broccoli florets from stump.

Smoothly peel with peeler and cut into cubes.

In a pan with plenty of water and pinch of salt broccoli, cook in 5 minutes.

Heat in other pan oil and gently fry onion and garlic.

Drain the broccoli and puree with milk in a food processor.

Mix the broccoli puree and cheese cubes with an onion mixture and gently warm with stirring.

Season with salt and pepper.

Broccoli puree in a scoop and sprinkle olive slices over it..
