Oriental prawns with bean sprouts
Place 4 sheets of aluminum foil on the work surface and spread the shrimp over them. Fold the edges of the foil upwards so that a tray is created.
Mix the soy sauce with the orange juice and the ginger into a marinade and pour into the shrimp.
Add the red pepper, spring onion and bean sprouts, fold the packets well and roast them on the barbecue for about 10 minutes.
