Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Boil the celeriac in water for about 4 minutes with the lemon juice and salt. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Spoon the celeriac together with the apple slices, sugar, oil and caraway seeds in an oven dish.

Bake the apple dish in the oven until golden brown in 20-30 minutes.
